Niranjan Sharma

Niranjan Sharma is the Managing Partner of VCS, has over 40 years of experience in Training, Consulting, and Industrial Engineering. He is Post Graduate in Industrial Engineering (IIT D) and a Bachelor in Mechanical, from SGSITS Indore

At VCS, Niranjan Sharma leads projects and diagnostics in the field of performance management, productivity improvement and Industrial Engineering through people and processes. He has conducted assignments on IE, corporate office set-up, strategic direction and strategy articulation and achievement through objective and measurable processes.

His roles & responsibilities in the organization include leading a team of Consultants conducting Consultancy Assignments for the customers of VCS


Earlier he worked as a professor in Mechanical Engineering for 13 years and then in industries as Unit Head for 15 years for Productivity Councils and Manufacturing Sector including BPR and automation for Asia’s first Soda Ash Plant, No.1 CPT Manufacturer, business process mapping and optimization by analysis of deficiencies and redundancies.

He has also performed the documentation and audit activities for ISO, Project Evaluation.
His role involved strategic sourcing of equipments and parts in production plants. He provided sizing and application engineering support, Manpower Planning, Cost Reduction Projects for various industries.
